🧾Invoice Creation
Create invoices quickly and share them with your customers.

Invoices can be created in two formats: Simple Invoice and Full Invoice.
a. Simple Invoice
The Simple Invoice format is quick and straightforward, designed for basic payment requests.
- Navigate to the Create Invoice Section:
- Go to the "Create Invoice" section from your dashboard.
- Select Simple Invoice:
- Choose the Simple Invoice option.
- Fill in the Required Details:
- Invoice Title: Add a short, descriptive title for the invoice.
- Invoice Amount: Enter the total amount to be paid.
- Who Pays the Fee:
By default, the Customer Pays Fee. The original amount plus the fee is charged to the customer.
- Generate the Invoice Link:
- Click Generate to create the invoice link.
Example:
- Invoice Title: "Consultation Fee"
- Invoice Amount: $100
- Fee Setting: Customer Pays Fee
The customer will pay $100 + fee (e.g., $3 for bank transfer or $8.50 for card payment).
The generated invoice link can be shared for payment.
b. Full Invoice
The Full Invoice format allows for more detailed and itemized invoices.
- Navigate to the Create Invoice Section:
- Go to the "Create Invoice" section from your dashboard.
- Select Full Invoice:
- Choose the Full Invoice option.
- Fill in the Required Fields:
- Invoice Title: Add a short title for the invoice.
- Who Pays the Fee:
- Customer Pays Fee: The customer pays the original amount plus the transaction fee.
- You Pay Fee: The fee is deducted from the original amount, and you receive the net amount.
- Add Items to the Invoice:
- Title: Enter the name of the item.
- Quantity: Specify the number of items.
- Price: Enter the price for each item.
- Notes: Add any additional details about the item (optional).
- Review the Fee Breakdown:
- A detailed breakdown of the applicable fees will be shown, including options for bank and card payments.
- Generate the Payment Link:
- Click Generate to create the invoice link.
Example 1 (Customer Pays Fee):
- Invoice Title: "Event Registration"
- Items:
- Title: "Workshop Ticket"
- Quantity: 2
- Price: $50 each
- Notes: "Includes materials and lunch."
- Fee Setting: Customer Pays Fee
The customer will pay $100 + fee (e.g., $4 for bank transfer or $8.50 for card payment).
Example 2 (You Pay Fee):
- Invoice Title: "Monthly Subscription"
- Items:
- Title: "Premium Access"
- Quantity: 1
- Price: $30
- Notes: "Includes full access to content."
- Fee Setting: You Pay Fee
The customer pays $30, and the platform deducts the fee (e.g., $1.20 for bank transfer or $2.55 for card payment). You receive the net amount: $28.80 or $27.45, respectively.
Sharing the Invoice Link
- Once the invoice link is generated, you can share it with your customers via:
- Social Media
- QR Code
- Direct Copy-Paste
Note: The Simple Invoice format is set to Customer Pays Fee by default, while the Full Invoice allows you to choose who pays the fee.
