🆕 Add Product

Adding products is an essential step to set up your offerings on 1buy.io. Products represent virtual assets, and the name of your product will be the name of the virtual asset you select. Follow these steps to create a product.

Access the Dashboard​

  1. Log in to your 1buy.io account:

  2. Navigate to the Products section in the dashboard.

  3. Click on "Create Product".

Product Creation Form​

The product creation form includes the following sections:

1. Select a Virtual Asset (Product Name)​

The Product Name is determined by the Virtual Asset you select. Follow these steps:

  1. Browse the Virtual Assets Panel and choose an asset:

    • Available options include Swords, Stars, Coins, Diamonds, Pearls, Trophies, etc.
    • The selected asset will automatically set the Product Name (e.g., if you choose Pearls, the Product Name will be Pearls).

  2. The selected virtual asset will also serve as the Product Image.

2. Price Type​

Choose how the price of your product will be set:

  • Predefined Prices: Set a fixed price for the product.
  • Dynamic Fungible Price: The price dynamically adjusts based on external factors or configurations.

3. Commodity Currency and Amount​

  • Commodity Currency: Choose the currency for the price (e.g., USD, EUR).
  • Commodity Amount: Set the value in the selected currency for predefined pricing.

4. Category​

Optionally, add a Category for the product to organize it within your offerings.
Example: Gaming, Luxury.

5. Save Your Product​

Once all details are configured:

  1. Click "Create" to save the product.
  2. The product will appear in the Products section of the dashboard.

Example Use Cases​

  • Virtual Asset (Product Name): Pearls
  • Commodity Currency: USD
  • Commodity Amount: 100
  • Category: Luxury

This creates a product named Pearls priced at $100.

Next Steps​

Once your product is created:

  1. Deploy Your Blueprint: Publish your product to the blockchain.
  2. Embed Your Product Widget: Add the product to your website using our customizable widget.
